Product Information

The two most challenging aspects of big data analytics in the BI world today are:

  1. How to provide large, complex analytics solutions to large numbers of users.
  2. How to combine this with finally fulfilling the promise of personalisation – by providing the appropriate level of analytics to each end user.

These problems are most acute in large-scale customer-facing applications, which may be integrating data from many previously siloed customer channels – such as call centres, online chat, Twitter, etc – to present a complete view of the customer.

Organisations today are seeking to embrace advanced/predictive analytics and intuitively visualised data to help them mine customer intelligence, so they know not only how their customers behave today, but who their best customers are going to be tomorrow.

The challenge, therefore, is to deliver data visualisations and meaningful big-data analysis, leading to personalised insights, securely to millions of users.
