New services for NCC Members

Following input earlier in the year from the NCC Members Advisory Board, we are pleased to announce two new services for NCC Members: Analyst Digest and our Professional Development Service.

Analyst Digest

Every day new research, articles and white papers get posted on the web – research that could provide you with insight, advice and guidance to help you tackle pressing concerns, if only you knew it was there and had the time to look. Each month we will trawl the web for you identifying links to publicly available research, articles, white papers and webinars which we believe will be relevant to our audience.

The content is currently categorised under five headings and we will add between 15-20 new links each month.

Professional Development

NCC regularly publishes research across the spectrum of IT issues to support senior-level IT decision making. This material can also be useful for aspiring IT managers and other members of the IT team who would benefit from access to best practice, thought leadership and articles about real-world issues.

The NCC Professional Development service is a new monthly bulletin published on our site, each edition focusing on a key aspect of IT management. The bulletin contains links to best practice, research and pertinent content including webinars found across NCC’s websites and provides a concise and convenient round up of IT management in practice that will aid professional development. The topics that will be addressed in 2011/12 include:

  • Information Assurance, Security and Continuity
  • Governance, Compliance
  • Mobility, Unified Comms, VDI
  • Cloud Computing, Outsourcing
  • IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, SOA
  • Project, Programme & Change Management, Agile
  • Collaboration
  • Service Management
  • Green IT/Sustainability
  • Information Management

This service is available only to Premium and Corporate Advisory Service members. If you would like to discuss upgrading your membership level, please contact us at info@ncc.co.uk, or call us on 0845 519 1055

Premium and Corporate Advisory service members are asked to distribute the web url to their team.

Named contacts in your Membership are already pre-registered to access the bulletin. If you wish others in your team to have access and they are not named contacts, then please either provide name and email address details to Tammy.Cooke@ncc.co.uk or ask them to contact Tammy directly, who will set up access.
