NetIQ expands European alliance programme

Management Consultants NewsNetIQ, a leading provider of integrated systems and security management solutions, has worked over the last year to forge key business relationships with a number of leading IT service and consultancy firms in Europe, including Siemens Business Services Ltd.

NetIQ recognises the drivers and challenges consultants face in recommending and implementing cost-effective infrastructures. These recommendations – whether provided in connection with internal business unit-based service provision or external clientbased service provision – need to simplify tools and processes, while raising service levels and driving down costs.

Through its Knowledge-Based Service Assurance (KBSA) approach, NetIQ is assisting these organisations by offering a range of products and services to help them to reduce and manage risk, remain compliant and manage operation configuration and change.
