Consultants play key communications role

Management Consultants NewsThe business market is rapidly changing and communications has to change to keep pace. This is a key role for consultants in the current market, says telephony solutions vendor TeleWare.

Changes such as increased staff mobility, mergers & acquisitions, reduced budgets and the demands created by the reducing international boundaries are standard features of today’s business environment. These changes are often associated with increased costs, loss of productivity, cost of implementing new solutions, and the cost of integrating with existing solutions while protecting investments.

TeleWare chairman and CEO Geoff Haworth said: “Successful organisations are continually searching for ways of working smarter to improve competitiveness. TeleWare solutions already play a critical role within many customer organisations in supporting new lifestyle options such as hot-desking and homeworking, and for those working as a team member.”

For example, the TeleWare solution deployed at PricewaterhouseCoopers provides local and wide area unified communications capabilities, to improve contact with individuals and teams and offer messaging services.

TeleWare’s customers include 20% of the Times Top 100 national and multinational companies within vertical markets such as finance, retail, services, manufacturing, legal, healthcare, public sector and utilities. Consultancy customers include LogicaCMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Capgemini, Grant Thornton and Reuters.

TeleWare is introducing a Consultants’ Programme to enable these customers and consultants to present the benefits of the systems they are using to their customer base. For further details, contact or visit
