UNIT4: the new beginning...

Management Consultants NewsIn early 2010, Unit4 Agresso NV – which includes the award-winning Agresso and CODA business software solution suites – changed its name to UNIT4 and applied the new name across all companies in the group worldwide.

This followed a series of acquisitions in recent years that has seen a number of successful software brands become part of the group. The move is aimed at bringing the group more closely together under the single UNIT4 name and building a better local and global platform for customer service and continuing growth.

UNIT4 is a global business software company that focuses on helping organisations embrace change. It is an international developer and distributor of integrated business information and management systems – with some of the world’s leading software solutions, including the Agresso Business World ERP system and CODA financial management software.

UNIT4 develops, sells and supports business software for managing and optimising a range of private and public sector organisations worldwide. In particular, it can now offer enterprise software focused on the needs of organisations that face frenetic levels of ongoing business change – such as reorganisations, takeovers and mergers, compliance, legislative and regulatory issues, or meeting new stakeholder expectations.

UNIT4’s stated mission is to create and deliver adaptable business software and services globally that help organisations manage their dynamic business needs effectively. Its strategy is to grow organically and by acquisition to expand the scope of its solutions, the sectors it focuses on and its routes to market.
